Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase. Certain products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error. Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped; once an order enters fulfillment, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item in which case Elvynx Selections will cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages. Shipping estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control, and such delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier and determine the appropriate resolution.
