Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping method, and product availability. Most orders are delivered within 5–15 business days, although certain items may require additional time due to supplier processing, customs clearance, or carrier delays. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, high shipping volumes, customs inspections, or transportation disruptions. Urban Archive is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Urban Archive is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Urban Archive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages; however, we encourage customers to contact us so we can assist in filing a carrier investigation when possible. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, and these costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are displayed before your order is finalized. In the event that your order contains multiple items, products may arrive in separate shipments depending on inventory availability or supplier locations.
